When global lockdowns in 2020 caused most air traffic to come to a halt, I marveled at the serene beauty of our crystal clear blue and quiet skies, a phenomenon I only recalled from childhood.
Admittedly — with my own trips around the world over the past two decades and since air travel peaked early 20201, I was mostly looking down rather than up. Only when the planes stopped flying, I finally started to look up again to cherish this distant childhood memory.
With it began a wandering journey resulting in more questions than answers — could climate change be responsible for the different skies (i.e. how they appear nowadays vs how I remembered them from my childhood)? Could it be weather modification programs?2 Or even something more foolish, which I’d normally simply adjourn as an evil conspiracy?

Apocalyptic Beliefs
When researching different views from scientists around the world, I realized this isn’t a topic easily to be messed with. In fact, it doesn’t like to be challenged at all.3
Yet I firmly believe that it’s one of the most important and far reaching issues we all should make a genuine effort to understand — independently of what already “settled science”4 makes us believe.
WE CAN NOT OUTSOURCE THE UNDERSTANDING OF THIS MATTER TO “EXPERTS” — AS TEMPTINGLY LOGIC AND CONVENIENT IT MAY BE.
Relying on anyone else’s views (including mine) won’t work for global warming, geoengineering, carbon credits etc. — simply because those buzzwords are charged with sentiments and therefore hardly scientifically objective.
Perhaps that’s why “Climate Change” as an originally political5 idea has turned into a question of “belief” and almost become a religion (“scientism”) which keeps people trapped without further questioning an otherwise convenient narrative:
IS Climate Change Real?
— a question (if we dare to ask it) results in answers we’d not expect. For instance, we hear (or see) that “water is getting scarce”, but also we need to realize that water exists in different states. Whilst the overall volume of water (as an element on Earth) isn’t actually changing, it certainly morphs from one form into another (i.e. ice, water vapor, etc.), and is therefore locally available in different quantities over time.
That doesn’t mean there isn’t climate change. Whatever chart you look at, whether it’s over the last 200, the last 2,000 or the last 2 million years, surely, the climate is and has (perhaps always) been changing6.
The real question however is — what’s humanity’s contribution and how much has mother nature already allocated towards our stupidity in the design of the planet?
With this comprehensive video, Greenpeace Founder Dr. Patrick Moore explains how “Climate Change is Based on False Narratives”. He left Greenpeace in 1986 (15 years after he had co-founded the organization) as the “environmental” movement had become more of a political movement than an environmental movement where the primary focus shifted towards creating narratives and stories that were designed to instill fear and guilt into the public so that the public would send more money.
Rising Sea Levels
Are sea levels rising? If so, why keep coastal properties getting more expensive?7 Why are Billionaires still buying new waterfront properties and keep renovating their beach home mansions?8 Why panic when new islands are constantly being born, others continue to grow and Earth overall gained more land than it lost over the course of the past 30 years?9
Sure, there are areas in the world which are being submerged and land masses that the seas start to claim back, but what’s the real water situation today, e.g. in Norway:
Apparently (and at least for now) sea levels are quite stable around the world10 — perhaps the real worry we should have is the drop in oxygen levels instead:
Global Warming
What about the rising temperatures we apparently see everywhere? Well, they may be real in some areas. But “everywhere”? And in relation to what?
Scientists Struggle to Understand Why Antarctica Hasn’t Warmed for Over 70 Years Despite Rise in CO2.
Up to one fifth of all warming reported across the planet by around 20,000 weather stations is invalid due to corruption from non-climatic data.11
The Stunning Statistical Fraud Behind The Global Warming Scare.
In reality, Earth is currently cool compared to its geological history and all human existence. Water Vapor overwhelmingly dominates other greenhouse gasses:
To understand the reality of global temperature changes over time, watch professor Jørgen Peder Steffensen’s short clip on ice core related research from the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen:
Using carbon-14 dating of organic matter confirming patterns globally (i.e. China, North Africa etc.), it’s clear that there is a temperature increase during the 20th century, but from what?
When we understand that meteorology only started to measure from the coldest point in the last 10,000 years onwards, it’s hard to prove which of those temperature swings were man made, natural (or both!).
Cherry picking data from the last 1,000 years (which is used for “climate narratives”) isn’t science. If we were to use all the data from the ice core samples, we wouldn't be talking about “Global Warming” today at all.12
Carbon Greening
As just covered in detail and contrary to propaganda pushed by geology deniers, ice core data has repeatedly shown that temperatures were considerably higher in the past when compared to today.
But what about Carbon dixiode levels?
A quarter to half of Earth’s vegetated lands have shown significant greening over the past 40 years, largely due to rising levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide, according to a study published in the journal Nature Climate Change13.
Essentially, Earth is getting greener:
“Climate Change” = Weather Manipulation?
As the climate has always been changing, it’s safe to assume that no matter what we do to manipulate the weather, nature would always be a step ahead — and possibly more powerful in its reaction than what we foresee.
Stopping poisonous and toxic emissions is a good thing for sure, but if the Earth wanted a bit more carbon dioxide for greening (or dust for cooling), a simple but violent volcanic eruption might just do the trick.
That said, could rain, floods, heat, drought, fire, hurricanes and even earthquakes be artificially triggered by so-called geoengineering14 ?
After all, creating a problem (by influencing the weather and creating weather extremes) and then presenting a solution (that geoengineering can be used to get the weather back under control), isn’t new. Most of the population would happily welcome such a geoengineering “solution”, having no clue what it actually is and that (despite a 2001 Space Preservation Act15) it’s already common practice16.
In fact, there are over 300 patents17 for weather manipulation in place, not all of which are there for mere theoretical purposes. Cloud seeding for instance has been around for ages and is used to modify weather across the U.S.18
Types of Geoengineering
Manipulating the weather isn’t new. In fact, looking at this interactive geoengineering and weather modification timeline shows a recorded history of almost 200 years with hundreds of articles archived from newspapers and journals dating back to the 1800's.
Today, AEMET (Agencia Estatal de Meteorología) — the national meteorological service of Spain says on their website that currently there are more than 50 countries carrying out activities on artificial weather modification, the status of which is reflected in the periodic reports made by the Committee of Experts of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).19
This website lists different (official) Weather Modification Projects in the world including:
Greenhouse Gas Removal;
Solar Radiation Management, including SAI (Stratospheric Aerosol Injection);
Weather Modification in general
and various others.
One of the key concepts of “Solar Geoengineering” is spraying particles into the atmosphere to reflect the sun20, albeit the risks, benefits (and ultimate consequences) are by no means known to any real scientist on Earth21. And if it’s so safe and good for us, why has Mexico just banned the practice22 altogether?
To understand the reality we now live in (where the majority of man made climate change comes from geoengineering), I strongly recommend to watch the documentary “The Dimming”23 — ideally with the entire family:
Contrails vs. Chemtrails
After watching The Dimming one might be curious to better understand the differences between Contrails and Chemtrails. According to the vast majority, contrails are a normal phenomenon and the concept of chemtrails belongs to the domain of a professional conspiracy theorist — making it a tricky topic to raise!
Indeed, friendships have fallen victim to simply using the term and whilst looking up suspiciously to the skies where a plane just left a very long fart in the form of a large “trail” (whatever it may be) and especially when in the presence of a larger group of people, one could easily get one questioned by “science police” (or just uneducated bystanders).
In fact, I wasn’t sure whether I should touch upon this subject at all. But the reality is that we ARE spraying stuff into the atmosphere and that it IS a complex issue, which is why there is no 0 or 1 answer.
To start from a “normal” and quite rational point of view first, it’s best to debunk many of the Chemtrail myths before going down this rabbit hole. Chemtrails could also be generated by other means than water vapor and need not necessarily be linked to mere contrails.
Harold Saive is a Vietnam era Veteran (USAF) and writes about climate manipulation via covert aerosol dumps. He has collected an extensive list of documents with detailed information and expert opinions on chemtrails24.
He isn’t alone:
“When people look up into the sky and see white trails paralleling and crisscrossing high in the sky, little do they know that they are not seeing ‘condensation’, but instead are witnessing a man-made ‘climate engineering CRISIS’ facing all air-breathing humans and animals on planet earth. These white aircraft spray-trails are the result of scientifically verifiable spraying of aluminum particles and other toxic heavy metals, polymers and chemicals. These toxic atmospheric aerosols are used to alter the weather patterns creating droughts in some regions, and deluges and floods in other locations. Even extreme cold can be created by climate engineering under other conditions. Unfortunately, these unfolding catastrophes are not capturing the attention of America’s citizen nor politicians. Weather warfare has already almost reached beyond possibility of devastation of all mankind and animals. It is that serious, and it is time-limiting.” — General Charles Jones, Brigadier General, U.S. Air Force.25
The long-term consequences of possible Chemtrails are completely unpredictable. Whether they’ll indeed help us to manipulate the climate in our favor or whether they’re simply poisoning us over time with their toxicity26 by nanoparticles reaching our lungs, water and soil, it’s impossible to say.
Luckily there are excellent ways to rid our bodies of such environmental toxins no matter how artificially plentiful they’ve been shared with us. More on that in another post!
What’s Next?
This is a tough subject because no one wants to give up their point of view. If you’re a busy person living a normal life and with other problems to worry about than e.g. chemtrails (especially when you think that there is little you could do anyway27), you may not even want to see a well documented reality that’s right in front of you.
On the other hand, if you’re a “converted” one, it’s possibly even more difficult to go on to another point of view, as the shift in one’s perception is so profound when it comes to the aspect of these trails, that most people don’t realize how much they hold on to them and actually want them to be up there in the sky for “proof” of their critical thinking achievement and therefore often find it hard to “let go”.
In any case good and deep conversations are key to advance the real issues of the planet, be it in ecology, nature, the environment, etc. — “climate hysteria” most definitely doesn’t help here. Just watch what happened in Tomorrowland: A World Beyond:
But instead of watching a Hollywood movie, why not make an effort to watch 5 serious presentations with an open heart and mind, perhaps with a group of friends to engage in a good old-fashioned discussion?
Here are my suggestions:
Dr. Burt Rutan — Winner of the Presidential Citizen’s Medal, the Charles A. Lindbergh Award, two Collier Trophies and included on Time Magazine’s “100 most influential people in the world”: The Real Climate Change Data;
Prof. Dr. Ivar Giaever — The Nobel Prize in Physics 1973: Global Warming Revisited;
Björn Lomborg — Director of the Danish government's Environmental Assessment Institute: Climate change alarmism and the true cost of net zero;
Dr. Richard Lindzen — atmospheric scientist and ex-MIT Professor with over 200 published papers: Climate Science: What Does it Say?;
Alex Epstein — New York Times Bestselling Author: Our Fossil Future, Keynote Address, Heartland Institute Climate Conference 2023.
You’ll likely have less fear in your life after watching these and a better grip on the real issues of both natural and man made climate change.
Final Thoughts
My personal view has always been that Nature and the Universe are far more powerful than anyone’s Ego on Earth. It is therefore extremely unlikely that (in comparison) we would succeed in man made climate efforts, when the Sun itself is the primary driver of Earth’s climate change. Its sheer size and power have a profound impact on our planet’s climate system.28
Professor of Physics & Mathematics at Northumbria University, Valentina Zharkova is one of the world’s leading solar physicists and explains in great detail how sun spots are crucial in Earth’s temperature:
Basically, the relative distance of the Sun to the Earth changes as the Sun's position, relative to the Earth's orbit, changes. It is not a perfect and unchanging orbit with a fixed Sun. You could even say that the Sun "moves" relative to the Earth.
The Sun is not a fixed point relative to the Earth's orbit as assumed in previous models. When the Sun gets closer, the temperature warns, when it moves further away, the temperature cools. It has always been like this. Nothing to do with carbon emissions whatsoever, which if at all only make an incredibly marginal difference.
But if this is the case, then what can I do to help the planet you might ask?
“We are the Ancestors of the Future. What do you want your legacy to be?”
— Julia Butterfly Hill
Do you remember the story of a tree, a woman and their struggle for the forest? In December 1997, 23-year-old American Julia Butterfly Hill29 climbed a tree in Northern California and lived on it continuously for 738 days. It was a 1,000-year-old redwood pine tree in Northern California that environmentalists had dubbed Luna.
What was originally planned as a short-term protest against deforestation turned into a life-and-death commitment for Julia. The lumber company wanted to drive her and her supporters out by any means necessary. Week after week, security guards cut off every supply line they could, as well as employing noise-and-light terror tactics. The forces of nature, however, were the hardest on her.
How did she do it?
Perhaps she got the strength to persevere not only by purpose and out of her mission alone, but because she was at peace with herself. So one thing we can all do to improve the atmosphere on Earth is working to be at peace with our Self.
And if that doesn’t work, I’d like to leave you with some famous words by one of the world’s top comedians at the time ringing true today more than ever:
“The Planet is fine, the People are fucked” — George Carlin.
Enjoy!
