During the lockdowns in 2020 there was so much sitting, that I actually wondered: “how to sit correctly”?
Then I came across this video, which is both hilarious, as it is serious:
Today I’m glad that both lockdowns and too much sitting is over and am happy to see that the BeYou crowdfunding campaign I invested in back then — despite all its delays and difficulties — has been a success.
And whilst I personally believe in walking meetings these days, it’s about time to have a more customizable and flexible option when spending hours glued to the screen and chained to a desk.
